RETURNS

All returned products must be returned within 30-days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges/returns. We do NOT refund original shipping charges.

FIRST-TIME FIT GUARANTEE

We want you to love your Sixth Gear Legends apparel. If you're ordering from us for the first time and the fit isn't what you expected, we've got you covered.

How It Works

If this is your first order, you're eligible for a free one-time size exchange within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for the exhange:

  • Only wear or try on one item if your order contains multiple pieces of the same style.
  • Keep all other items unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Contact us before sending your exchange so we can help you find the best size.

Example: If you order three t-shirts, try on just one to check the fit. If you need a different size, we'll exchange your order once at no additional cost, provided the remaining items are unworn and in new condition.

Eligibility

Your First-Time Fit Guarantee includes:

  • One free size exchange for your first order
  • Apparel that is unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition
  • Requests submitted within 30 days of delivery

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Washed or damaged apparel
  • Items showing signs of wear beyond trying them on
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Additional exchanges after the first complimentary exchange

Shipping Information

For customers within the United States, we'll cover shipping for your first eligible size exchange.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping, international duties, taxes, and other fees are non-refundable. Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs.

INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ORDER

If you have received an incorrect or a defective product upon opening your package, please contact us via our Contact Us Page as soon as possible. 
Sixth Gear Legends is not responsible for damage(s) done to any of our products by a customer who did not properly read the care label. Any claims beyond the 30 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.


PRE-ORDERS

'Pre-order' is the term used when an item is currently out of stock, but will arrive back in stock within a certain timeframe and is available for pre-purchase. Any order containing a pre-order item will ship 1-5 weeks, or sooner, from the date the order was placed, along with the items that were not pre-order items. Pre-order items are FINAL SALE. On the rare occasion we experience a delay in the delivery of a pre-order style, we will contact you via email.
